La Torre Storica – The Historic Tower was part of the federician town wall dated 13th century sorrounding the medieval Palo del Colle. Walking through the old city center you can admire the imposing Palazzo Filomarino della Rocca, the formerly federician castle transformed into a baronial residence in the 18th century. Then you’ll admire the city cathedral S. Maria la Porta dated 12th century with its majestic belfry in apulian roman style.
